<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fluororesin laminated substance with a clear print and of abrasion-resistance after a long time repeated use by interposing a figure or characters printed layer between a primer layer and a top layer made of fluororesin. CONSTITUTION:An Al plate whose surface is degreased with org. solvent and roughened by abrasive blast is a base material 4. Primer of PES line is sprayed on it in such a way that the thickness after burning is 8mu, and dried. On a primer layer 5 dried, ink added heat insulating carbon black 8 is printed by an ink jet printer. On a printed layer 6 completed, paint made of fluororesin is sprayed in such a way that the thickness after burning is 25mu, and burnt to form a top layer 7. This fluororesin laminated substance is featured by clear indication of the printed layer 6 and superior durability, because the printed layer 6 is sandwiched and the base material 4 or top layer are not subjected to a shock of marking, etc.</p> |
