PURPOSE:To prevent the heat from a base plate the temperature of which is raised when an air bag body expands from transferring quickly to a covering member to melt and drop out it, and prevent the air bag body from being directly sandwitched between the base plate and the covering member. CONSTITUTION:An air bag body 15 is fixed to a base plate 12. A belt-shaped heat insulating sheet 31 with low thermal conductivity is installed between the outer peripheral face 12a of the base plate 12 and the inner peripheral face of the covering member 21. |
