PURPOSE:To obtain a bottom board for sintering treatment being thin and not deforming during a sintering treatment by forming a ceramic film having a specific thickness and surface coarseness on a half surface of a graphite plate defined the thickness and the flexural strength. CONSTITUTION:The graphite plate having 1-4mm in the thickness and more than 5kgf/mm<2> in the flexural strength is prepared. On the half surface of the graphite plate, the ceramic film having 20-200mum in the thickness and less than 70mum in the surface coarseness is formed, thus the objective bottom board for sintering treatment is produced. As the ceramic film, alumina, silicon carbide, titanium nitride, etc., are proper and also when it is formed on both graphite plate surfaces, the film thickness is made to more than 20mum. As the ceramic film forming method, a plasma spraying, etc., are proper. By sintering a formed body using the obtained bottom board, the productivity becomes high and a sintering treatment without carburization to the formed body becomes available and also the accuracy of the obtained sintered body is improved. |
