<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method whereby fitting work for an automobile door can be easily performed in a predetermined position. CONSTITUTION:A car body panel 22 having hinge mounting holes 22b, around door parting part and a car body side seal surface part is integrally molded, and on the other hand, a locating weld nut 23 of protruding a fitting part 23b of diameter almost equal to the hinge mounting hole 22b is fixed to a position adjacent to at least a door waistline inside a cabin of the hinge mounting hole 22b of the car body panel 22 in a fitting condition that the fitting part 23b is fitted to the hinge mounting hole 22b of the car body panel 22 while protruded to the outside of a car. An insertion hole 11b of diameter almost equal to the fitting part 23b is formed in a car body side fixed part 11 of a door hinge 9 and fitted to the fitting part 23b, and then a bolt 15 is screwed to the locating weld nut 23 to mount the car body side fixed part 11 of the door hinge 9 on the car body panel 22 and an automobile door is fitted to a predetermined position of the car body panel 22.</p> |
