<p>PURPOSE:To enable a rainfall radar to receive only reception echo from an observation target region even if the altitude of a flying object fluctuates. CONSTITUTION:An antenna part 3 for measuring altitude and an antenna part 7 for rainfall radar are connected to a transmission part 1 which creates a chirp signal of two frequencies. A reception part 4 and a reception control part 5 are further connected to a transmission/reception wave-demultiplexing part 2. The reception control part 5 analyzes altitude information according to a reception echo B and measures the altitude of a flying object. Then, the timing of the reception echo A of the rainfall radar is determined based on the measured altitude and the reception timing of a reception part 6 for the rainfall radar is controlled.</p> |
