<p>PURPOSE:To subject glove produced by coating the surface of a glove formed of woven fabric or knit fabric with a vinyl chloride resin paste containing a foaming agent, heating and cooling the coated glove to foam the coated resin paste, and having a rich cushion property and a slipping resistance. CONSTITUTION:A glove produced by cutting and sewing knit fabric or woven fabric or a glove knitted in a seamless state is covered on an aluminum hand model, coated with a vinyl chloride resin paste containing 1-3PHR of a foaming agent by a flow coating method, heated at 160-220 deg.C to foam and melt the vinyl chloride resin, cooled to solidify the resin, and subsequently taken off from the model to obtain the objective working glove having a vinyl chloride paste foaming ratio of 0.3-0.7g/ml, a coefficient of static friction of 2.0-3.95, a coefficient of dynamic friction of 2.0-3.92, rich lent flexibility, rich cushioning property and good sliding resistance.</p> |
