<p>PURPOSE:To intend simplification of a working procedure and reduction of labor by winding a hose continuously around a drum by a method wherein a pressure hose for introduction of steam is wound around a winding drum and after connecting a resin tube in a softened state to the tip of the those, the resin tube is wound around the winding drum. CONSTITUTION:For a drum 2 for winding, 10 to 25m of a pressure hose 3 for introduction of steam is preliminarily wound around its winding core part 2a. A resin tube 1 molded in a circular section by extrusion is introduced into a steam type reheating apparatus arranged in front of an extruder. After softening by heating, its tip is inserted into the tip part of pressure the hose 3 drawn out from the drum 2 side just after coming out from the reheating apparatus. Then, it is fixed from outside with a metallic clamp tool by driving a plug material 5 therein. Further, the resin tube 1 is wound by many layers around its winding core part 2a following the hose 3 by rotatively driving the drum 2, and the wound product R of the resin tube 1 of a specific length is obtained.</p> |
