<p>PURPOSE:To simplify an element structure by increasing fixing power in a lead by means of electrically conductive adhesive, and enabling electrical continuity between the lead and a resistance and fixation of the lead only by means of the electrically conductive adhesive without using fixing glass. CONSTITUTION:In a detection element for a flowmeter, a lead 24 inserted into an inner hole of a pipe shape ceramic base body 20 is adhered/fixed by means of electrically conductive adhesive 28. Thereby, the lead 24 can be continued electrically to a resistance 22 arranged on the base body 20 simultaneously with installation of the lead 24 and insertion length of the lead 24 to the base body 20 is also set equal to or more than 0.25mm.</p> |
