发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING FLOW OF LIQUID
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve higher measuring accuracy by using a spherical particle with a fixed diameter having a ceramic porous particle coated with metal as seeding particle in a measurement of a flow with a photometer. CONSTITUTION:Spherical particle with a diameter of 0.5-150mum having a ceramic porous particle coated with metal is used as seeding particle. The ceramics part of the particle is made of SiO2 and is produced preferably by a reverse micell method. The metal coating method herein used is a non-electrolytic plating method, an electrolytic plating method. CVD method, an evaporation method or the like. The metal herein used is preferably Ni in that a film obtained is stable chemically. Since the seeding particle is spherical, the sectional area in the scattering light to be detected with a photodetector is constant regardless of the direction of the particle. The coating with the metal intensifies reflected light thereby achieving higher measuring accuracy.
