PURPOSE:To provide a line balancing control device of a conveyor system, capable of controlling a line balance so surely even when the workload allotted to a certain process differs from that of a reference process as well as when plural different types of workpieces are mixed in a production line at the same time. CONSTITUTION:When the specified work is finished in a certain work station and an end switch is pressed, the number of a belt on which a workpiece (half- finisheds work) is kept is read (1). On the basis of the number, a route number and process sequence are read (S2), and the number of half-finished works of an end signal transmitting station is subtracted as much as 1, while the number of half-finished works of a destination station of the belt is added as much as 1 (S3, S4), thus a standard half-finished number at the route number as well as at the process is compared with an actual half-finished number (S6). |
