CONSTITUTION:All corners 4 and ridges 6 contacting an aluminum moisture- insulating bag of IC tray 1 are provided with round lines. An aluminum moisture-insulating bag is prevented from breaking and enabled to use for a long while by providing round parts at the corners 4 and ridges 6 of the IC tray.</p> |
