摘要 PURPOSE:To easily execute a change of specifications and a change of a soldering operation in a short time by programming in advance the soldering operation of several patterns to a robot by using a triaxial robot. CONSTITUTION:A work 12 having a projecting part, 12a between terminals extended out to the upper part is inserted and held by hands of a robot, inclined in the upper part of a solder liquid, an arm of the robot is allowed to descend vertically to a solder liquid level in a state that the work 12 is inclined, and soldering of one side terminal is executed. In such a state, the arm is drawn upward, the hand of the robot is inclined in the reverse direction on the solder liquid level, the arm of the robot is allowed to descend again and soldering of the other terminal is executed. In such a way, soldering of only the terminal can be executed without immersing the projecting part 12a of the work 12 into solder.
