PURPOSE:To obtain a new DNA sequence useful for generic engineering production of a human intrinsic. CONSTITUTION:A DNA sequence of a basic sequence expressed by the formula. mRNA of a human intrinsic factor is prepared and DNA of the human intrinsic factor is prepared by a CDNA synthetic kid, etc., manufactured by Pharmacia. The CDNA of human intrinsic factor is amplified by a PCR method using a synthetic primer to provide a CDNA having an amount enough for cloning.
