<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a simple measurement system for obtaining a characteristic such as the traveling speeds, the shapes, and the intervals of traveling bodies. CONSTITUTION:Two radar detectors are installed along a reference surface 5 at specified intervals, and a beam is irradiated toward the reference surface 5. A tip and an end portion of the traveling body are identified by utilizing a characteristic where Doppler effect appears remarkably in a reflection beam at the edge portion of the traveling body which travels the reference surface 5. This identification signal is obtained from two radar detectors and is subjected to operation processing by internal time data for obtaining the information on the traveling body.</p> |
