The device is used for quickly plugging the cylinder valves in order to prevent engine damage on the emergent cutting of timing belt. The device comprises a roller (27) contacted with timing bet (12) and supported by fastening bolt (21) of slider (20) and spring (19); bet tensioner (14) switched on by contacting a slider contact point (20) with a pair of disorder alarming point (22) and oil discharging point (23); valve body (33) supported by spring (35a) in valve housing (31) with outer electro magnet (30) for plugging passage between oil inlet port (34) and oil outlet port (35); oil electromagnet valve (29) opened by magnet piece (32) and the magnet (30); oil chamber (37b) in popet (37a) for containing valve stem (40) and piston (40a).
