PURPOSE:To improve the taste of instant noodle by using powdery instant soup for TANTAN noodle (a kind of Chinese noodle). CONSTITUTION:Istant soup for TANTAN noodle is prepared by using minced meat and ZASAI (pickled Chinese mustard) as main components, adding small amounts of TOBANJAN (Chinese tabasco), Welsh onion and garlic and further adding seasonings such as soy sauce, sodium glutamate, sugar, liquor, spices and starch. The kneaded instant soup is pulverized by a vacuum drier, etc. The unique delicious taste and flavor originated from the minced meat and ZASAI can be further improved by the addition of a small amount of TOBANJAN, etc. |
