发明名称 PRODUCTION OF BAKED CUSTARD PUDDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely tasty high-quality baked custard pudding having scorched parts formed on the whole surface by feeding fine foamy substance to the surface of a custard pudding mix filled in a plastic cup and then baking the mix. CONSTITUTION:A custard pudding mix is initially filled in a plastic cup and a fine foamy substance is subsequently fed to the surface of the mix. The resultant substance is then preferably baked at 140 deg.C for 50min to moderately scorch the foamy substance. Furthermore, the fine foamy substance is preferably prepared by dispersing 35 pts. sugar in 35 pts. cow's milk, then adding 30 pts. prebroken and filtered egg yolk, heating the obtained mixture to 60 deg.C and stirring the mixture in a mixer, etc.
