PURPOSE:To fix the fitting member to a prescribed position of a shaft member by positioning the fitting member to the fitting member, and thereafter, rushing a pair of punch members into both sides of the fitting member, and allowing a shaft member metal to flow plastically to the fitting member. CONSTITUTION:In a prescribed shaft length direction position of a metallic shaft member 33, a fitting member 35 is fitted, and also, positioned so that, a rotational direction position of the fitting member 35 becomes a prescribed position against the shaft member 33. Subsequently, by rushing a pair of punch members 41 into the vicinity of both sides of the fitting member 35 in the shaft member 33, the shaft member metal is allowed to flow plastically to the fitting member 35, and by a formed projecting part, 43, the fitting member 35 is fixed to the shaft, member 33. |
