The combustion device has a waste oil tank (1) and petroleum tank (2) connected with the end of waste oil pipe (3) and petroleum supply pipe (3') at the lower part. The waste oil pipe (3) and petroleum supply pipe (3') connect with a filter (4), circulation pump (5), temperature controller (6), heater (7), safety valve (8), solenoid valve (9) and pump (10). The other ends of petroleum (3') and waste oil supply pipe (3) are connected at a burner (12) mounted with a blower (11) and connecting pipe (11'), and then connected with a rotary pipe (14) formed with the worm gear (15) and worm (16) in the gear box (13) of combustion device (A). The device (A) has the first combustion furnace (24) of jar-shape fixed on the fire grate (23).
