PURPOSE:To implement management of notice and read of the mail arrival state to all users simultaneously even when plural users share one computer in common. CONSTITUTION:An arrival state notice section 22b revises information of an arrival mail number in a list 23 when number of arrived mails to a mail server 2 is changed and sends a message representing the revision of the mail arrival number to a relevant user on a transmission reception terminal equipment 3 at a receiver side and an arrival state display section 31b receiving the message displays the information of the revised mail arrival number onto a screen for each user. |
