发明名称 COMPONENT SUCTION TRANSFER DEVICE AND ITS OPERATION
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recognize whether components are present on a supply tray and to enable sure component suction trnasfer by making it possible to suck whether the vacuum system including a vacuum sensor is faulty separately from component chucking action in a title device which sucks components on a supply tray by a vacuum suction pad to transfer them to predetermined points. CONSTITUTION:A suction pad 1 is vacuumized by a vacuum generator 6, and its vacuum degree is indicated by the ON of a vacuum sensor 7. XY robots 13, 14 and an elevation cylinder 8 chuck components on a supply tray 12 by a suction pad 1 and transfer them to a transfer-end stage 10. Before sucking a component, a vacuum generator 6 can be actuated to suck that the vacuum sensor is not faulty by vacuum sensor OFF as the suction pad remains afloat or that the vacuum sensor and the vacuum system are not faulty by vacuum sensor ON as the suction pad remains in contact with a reference plane 9 for suction test.</p>
