PURPOSE:To obtain a compact, low power consumption, and low cost line switching apparatus by using LSI to prepare the sending/receiving signal processing section that acts as the input/output section for the synchronizing multiplexer of synchronization network. CONSTITUTION:All of the frame arrangement sections 2 and 11 of sending/ receiving signal processing section 14 that acts as the input/output section of the synchronizing network, terminal sections 1 and 10 for overhead signal, and the section other than the line switching function including multiplexing sections 3 and 12 are integrated into LSI. |
