PURPOSE:To enable the correction of the parabolic wave with an IC circuit while the static correction and the dynamic correction are simultaneously performed. CONSTITUTION:A beam current detected by a detecting circuit is inputted to a row pass filter circuit 3, the output signal of the row pass filter circuit 3 is inputted to a DSP 13, and the operation for correcting the coefficient B1 of the vertical amplitude and a coefficient E of the horizontal size is performed. Thus, the correction is performed to the amplitude of a saw-tooth-wave and the direct current component of a parabolic wave. |
