A system for recording electric energy consumption in traction rail vehicles, containing an electrical energy meter, characterised in that the output of the electric energy meter (1) is connected through a separating-threshold block (2), a programmed impulse counter (3) and a monostable multivibrator (4) to the input of a recording block (5), and the zeroing input of the programmed impulse counter (3) and the blocking input of the monostable multivibrator (4) are connected through a parallel arrangement of a resistor (R) and diode (D) to the positive pole of the source of power supply and also through a condenser (C) to the negative pole of the power supply.<IMAGE>
