CONSTITUTION:The changed format is designated from a keyboard 13 in order to change the format set beforehand for document data stored in a document storage area 19-1. Then, a CPU 11 judges the layout state of the document data stored in the document storage area 19-1. Next, the CPU 11 re-edits the document data based on the changed format and the layout state. |
