PURPOSE:To save the writing, editing and decoding load of documents and to form a document with the contents of high quality by attaining an automatic corresponding and repairing function including dependence relation of appearing objects between sentence data and graphic data. CONSTITUTION:In addition to general constitution consisting of an input means 1, an editing means 2, a sentence data storing means 31, a graphic data storing means 32, and a display/output means 6, this editor is provided also with an intra-document element depending relation managing means 51 and an intra- graphic element depending relation managing means 52 and holds the depending relation and positional relation of objects in document data and graphic data. The held depending relation/positional relation is allowed to correspond between the document data and graphic data by a document-graphic corresponding element managing means 4 and an intra-graphic depending relation retrieving means 11 is selectively connected. Consequently the depending relation/positional relation is mutually correspondingly displayed from the graphic side to the document side or from the document side to the graphic side or said relation is newly formed. |
