<p>PURPOSE:To provide a voltage detection circuit easy to be realized by using the existing circuit in a microcontroller that is used as a detection circuit to detect the reduction of the voltage. CONSTITUTION:This microcontroller is provided with such feature that a power source part or input part which receives the source voltage VDD, an A/D converter 8 which ADD-converts the value of the source voltage VDD by receiving the source voltage VDD from the power source part or input part, the detection circuit which detects the reduction of the source voltage VDD by receiving the value converted by the A/D converter 8, a display part 1 which displays the state of the source voltage VDD by receiving the value converted by the A/D converter 8, and an arbitrary output terminal which issues output are provided. Furthermore, it is provided with such feature that a function to stop the operation of the microcontroller 100 itself by receiving an A/D-converted value and to keep the holding state of data in the inside is provided.</p> |
