发明名称 GAS REMOVING DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To decrease the burden on an adsorbent and to reduce the cost required for gas removal by removing the generated gases by a gas cooling and solidifying section and the auxiliary adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:The gases to be removed are generated by a heat developing device and their essential components are a stearyl alcohol microcapsule forming monomer, urea and melamine which are materials all having >=100 deg.C b.p. The generated gases are introduced by a gas guide 31 to a gas intake port 36 of a gas cooler and are passed in an aluminum inside pipe 37 curvilinearly disposed in a gas cooler 32. The gases are cooled and the greater part thereof are condensed to the pipe walls and are thereby removed. The small amt. of the gases remaining without being completely condensed away are sent to an auxiliary adsorption chamber 34 where the gases are adsorbed away by the adsorbent. The air from which the generated gases are removed is released to the outside of the device by a discharge fan 35. On the other hand, the cooling air is sent by a cooling fan 33 into a gas cooler 32, where the air cools the generated gases passing the inside pipe 37. The air is then released from an air outlet 39.</p>
