A circuit of the current modulation of laser composed of two transistors; the first one and the second one, where the collector of the second transistor is connected with a laser diode and a choke separating the source of polarization and the source of the laser characterised in that the emitter of the first transistor (T1) is connected via the resistor (R1) with the input of the circuit (We), and its base is connected via the resistor (R2) shunted with a capacitor (C) to the circuit and, at the same time, via the resistor (R3) to the negative pole of the voltage source (U), and its collector is connected with the base of the second transistor (T2) and, at the same time, via a diode (D1) and the resistor (R4) with the negative pole of the voltage source (U), with which, via a resistor (5), the emitter of the second transistor (T2) is connected, whose collector is connected with a separating choke (D1) and the cathode of the laser diode (D2), the anode of which is connected to the circuit.<IMAGE>
