The method for producing sintered carbides, consisting in compacting the powder by pressing with simultaneously forming and sintering shapes at temperature above 1000 degrees C, consisting in that primary cold-pressed shapes are subjected to thermal and chemical treatment in a diffusive atmosphere at temperature of 520-1150 degrees C for 0.5-12h, and then to an isostatic hot pressing at temperature of 950-1700 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours at the pressure of 5-500 MPa.
