<p>PURPOSE:To prevent it that a maintenance packet or the like caused periodically for a prescribed time occupies uselessly a public line for a long period because the line is occupied for a prescribed time after the transmission when a packet is sent to a line set to a public line network. CONSTITUTION:When a line setting section to set a public line checks a message type of a sent packet (step 110) and no transmission control is required (step 111), after a packet is sent (112), and when a prescribed time limit is measured (113), an excess of time limit is awaited without revising the measurement (107), a setting line is interrupted immediately when the time limit measurement is stopped (step 113) and the line is released (109). Moreover, in other embodiment, the time band is set in advance depending on the presence of transmission control, the time is checked in the step 110 and the presence of required transmission control is recognized for the step 111.</p> |
