PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance, bending resistance, and wear resistance of an insulated cable (p). CONSTITUTION:A flexible conductor (a) is formed of a copper alloy excellent in bending resistance and never inferior in conductivity, compared with pure copper, which contains 0.02-3wt.% of at least one of Fe and Mg, 0.006-1wt.% of at least one of P and B, 0.01-0.5wt.% of In, and the remainder substantially consisting of copper. A sheath (b) is formed of a mixture obtained by kneading a polyether or polycarbonate polyurethane elastomer and a fluorine-contained elastomer based on polyvinylidene fluoride within the range of 30/70 to 90/10 by weight, and adding 1-9 PER of a cross-linking agent thereto. The weight ratio is preferably 30/70 to 70/30, and the cross-linking agent is added in 3-7 PHR. |
