摘要 The method for manufacturing fire hoses of multilayer fabric and polymer structure, consisting in that a block copolyester ether in the quantity of 20 to 98 per cent by mass is melted at temperature of 423 to 513 degrees K and is mixed with plasticised poly(vinyl chloride) in the quantity of 1 to 40 per cent by mass and with thermoplastic urethane elastomer in the quantity of 1 to 40 per cent by mass, and after the homogenisation, the mixture is extruded as a foil of 0.1 to 5 mm thickness and joined with a polyester fabric layer at temperature of 320 to 470 degrees K, whereas the block copolyester ether is the product of reaction of aromatic dicarboxylic acids or diester thereof with small-molecule alcohols with molecular mass of less than 250 that contain more than one hydroxyl group and with poly(oxytetramethylene)diol and/or oxyethylated poly(1,2- oxypropylene)diol and/or poly(1,2-oxyethyleno)diol or a mixture thereof with polyestradiol with molecular mass of 3,000, and the thermoplastic urethane elastomer is the product of reaction of aromatic diisocyanates with small-molecule diols with molecular mass below 250 and polyestradiol and/or with polyetherodiol with molecular mass from 600 to 3,000, the ratio of reactive functional isocyanate and hydroxyl groups being from 1:1 to 1.15:1.
