MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRODE PLATE PASTE FOR LEAD-ACID BATTERY

PURPOSE:To reduce the production loss and facilitate the moisture adjustment of uniform paste grains. CONSTITUTION:Sludge paste is mixed before 'water kneading' at the ratio of 10wt.% against the weight of the kneaded paste. The electrode plate of a lead-acid battery can be manufactured without impairing the battery performance when the sludge paste is mixed, and the production loss can be sharply reduced.
