<p>PURPOSE:To prevent defective display caused by the drop of a battery voltage which occurs because the charge of a stroboscope and the display in the course of charging are performed simultaneously during the counting with a self-timer by inhibiting the charging action for the stroboscope at the time of turning on the display part, permitting it at the time of turning off the display part, and intermittently executing it in the case that a self-timer photographing mode and a stroboscope photographing mode are simultaneously set. CONSTITUTION:An LED driving circuit 10 is driven to turn off a self-LED 11, counting the charging time, for example, 0.9 seconds, is started, and a stroboscopic circuit 9 is driven to start the charging. The charge is continued until counting the charging executing time (0.9 seconds) is completed after starting the charge. When the counting of the time is completed, the charging action is temporarily stopped, and then the charging is started again. A series of such actions is repeatedly executed until counting a charging control time (10 seconds) is completed. Thus, the defective display caused by the drop of the battery voltage, which occurs because the charge of the stroboscope and the display in the course of charging are performed simultaneously during the counting with the self-timer is prevented.</p> |
