HOLD-DOWN TERMINAL

PURPOSE: To provide a holding terminal to hold a connector on a circuit board at least during soldering. CONSTITUTION: A standoff 14 to secure a gap between a housing and a circuit assembly is combined with a circuit assembly installation portion 16 for fixing to a circuit assembly. A housing installation portion 12 which is compressed by an insertion into the gap of the housing and has a spring 20 liberated by a spring action on a shoulder surface which partially regulate the gap is joined with the standoff 14.
