PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction due to the difference between the operation of this chip and that of a software evaluating device by providing a reset detecting part, an unfixed data generating part, and an internal RAM part to match these operations to each other. CONSTITUTION:A reset detecting part 9 which detects power input and system reset, an unfixed data generating part 8 which generates random unfixed data S8 by a reset signal S9 from the reset detecting part 9 or execution of a reset command, and an internal RAM part 5 where unfixed data S8 is written are provided to constitute the device. Unfixed data is written in the area, where data is deficient at the time of power-on or reset in the case of this chip where the soft ware evaluating device performs emulation, in the RAM on the software evaluating device for single-chip microcomputer in the case of the software evaluating device. Thus, the operation of this chip and that of the software evaluating device are matched to each other to prevent the occurrence of malfunction due to the difference. |
