ALIGNING AND ASSEMBLING JIG

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of the aligning and assembling work of the title jig by surely bringing an optical element into close contact with the parts of a coupling system. CONSTITUTION:An optical element 11 and the parts 13 of a coupling system are assembled into one body by bringing the element 11 into close contact with the parts 13 while the element 11 is held by an element holding base 21. The base 21 is flexibly supported by a ring base 23 by using three plate springs 24 installed on the base 21 so that the springs 24 can be protruded in the radial direction from the outer peripheral section of the base 21. Even when the coupling surface of the element 11 is not parallel with the coupling surface of the parts 13, the element 11 can be brought into close contact with that of the parts without gap in a tilted state in accordance with the inclination of the coupling surface of the parts 13 by press-contacting the element 11 with the parts 13.
