<p>PURPOSE:To retain the tension of a rope to be constant by interlocking a first rotary shaft, where a plurality of rotary discs equipped with constant tension springs and braking mechanisms are attached, and the second rotary shaft of a drum, where a winding-up and down rope is wound, by a linear substance. CONSTITUTION:A first rotary shaft 5 is provided with a plurality of rotary discs 8 freely of rotation. The veering end of a constant tension spring 10, which is provided freely of winding and veering for a pair of salient shafts 9 projecting on one side of the rotary shaft 8, is fixed to the rotary shaft 5. The rotary disc 8 is provided with a controller 11 free of stoppage. On the other hand, a drum 2 for winding and veering a winding up and down rope 13 is fixed to a second rotary shaft 3. A roller chain 7 is laid across the gears 4 and 6 fixed to the rotary shafts 3 and 5. Though the rotary shafts 3 and 5 interlock with each other according to the winding and the veering of the rope 13, the rotation stops at the place where it valances with the preset tension of the constant tension spring 10. The number of rotary discs 8 is increased or decreased according to required tension. Hereby, the rope 13 is retained with constant tension.</p> |
