A station for fatigue tests of single-track vehicle frames, in particular for motor-bicycles and motor-cycles, fitted with a D.C. motor, a belt transmission, a mechanical vibrator and a frame, characterised in that a mobile front support (2) fitted via a mobile grip (13) with a static load eccentric adjuster, attached by a tensometric dynamometer (4) of a replacement fork (5) to the tested frame (10), while a mobile rear support (3) is attached to a rocker arm (14) and a replacement telescope (15) via a mobile grip [(12), and a special grip (16) joins the frame next to its saddle with a mechanical vibrator (8) driven from a belt transmission (7) with the D.C. motor (6).<IMAGE>
