The biocide agent for cooling and lubricating liquids increasing life and stability of emulsion semi-synthetic and synthetic fluids for metal cutting in single systems and central systems, consisting in that it contains 5-50 parts by weight of monoamide of alkenosuccinic acid of generalized formula 1, neutralized with alkaline metal and/or aliphatic and/or heterocyclic amine and/or alkanolamine and/or alkanolamine esters of boric acid and/or phosphoric acid, and/or cyanuric acid while in the formula 1 the R1 denotes an atom of hydrogen, fluorine, bromine or the group -C= -N, -COOH, -COOR where R stands for alcohol residue, or polyalcohol of 1-4 atoms of carbon, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, or hydroxyalkyl with the content of 1-10 atoms of carbon, or R2 and R3 together with nitrogen create a five-, or six-membered heterocyclic ring and n+m is an integer of the value from 5 to 25, contains 1-20 parts by weight of bistiocarbamyle disulfide of the generalized formula 2 where R4 is alkyl of 1-4 atoms of carbon and contains 0.5-10 parts by weight of heterocyclic compounds of the generalized formula 3 having at least 1 atom of nitrogen and sulphur where in the formula 3 the R5 denotes atom of sulphur, oxygen, selenium, or the =NH group, R6, R7, R8 denote independently atom of hydrogen, alkyl group, or the hydroxyalkyl group with the content of 1-4 atoms of carbon, while p stands for the integer 2 or 3 and contains also 20-80 parts by weight of block copolymers of propylene and ethylene oxides of molecular weight over 2000, of the generalized formula 4 where x denotes the integer 50-500 while y represents the integer 10-100.<IMAGE>
