An armchair with unfold mattress for children rehabilitation therapy, composed of a seat, connected flexibly by means of a lever and clamps with a backrest, characterised in that the armchair seat is composed of a frame (1) supported on four maneuverable wheels (2) and a horizontal plate (3) and is upholstered with three flatly overlapping segments, first, second and third (4, 5, 6) of a four-segment mattress, the fourth segment (7) of which is an upholstery of the frame (8) of the backrest, but the mattress segments (4, 5, 6, 7) are successively connected by means of aprons (9) and the first segment (4) is fixed by means of the apron (9) to the seat plate (3).<IMAGE>
