The invention relates to the products: <IMAGE> in which: R1 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl or acyl, cyano or free, salified or esterified carboxyl, R2 and R3, which are identical or different, represent in particular: a) hydrogen, b) alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkyloxy or alkylthio, c) aryl, arylalkyl, arylalkenyl, aryloxy or arylthio, R5 represents a divalent alkylene, Y represents -Y1-B-Y2 in which: Y1 and Y2 represent in particular an optionally substituted aryl radical, B represents in particular a single bond between Y1 and Y2, and to the addition salts of the said products of formula (I). These products have advantageous pharmacological properties which justify their use as medicaments.
