PURPOSE:To evade a case where a job requesting a transmission later to a terminal equipment may not require the transmission again by providing a queuing table to validate a message transmission request when a job during transmission completes its transmission based on the information registered in the queuing job information. CONSTITUTION:A job 15 requires a transmission to a terminal equipment 41 via a reception means 11 for the transmission of a message in a state that the information is registered in a control table 2 to specify a job 14 to terminal equipment 41. In such conditions, an updating means 12 registers the transmission request in a queuing table 3. The job 14 completes the communication and sends a message transmission end request to the means 12 via the means 11. Thus the means 12 deletes the information that specifies the job 14 of table 2 and registers the transmission request information that specifies the job 15 of the table 3. Then, the transmission request information is given to the job 15 via an information means 13. Thus the job 15 starts the transmission. |
