<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a noise in the condition of a TCI signal and to minimize the circuit scale. CONSTITUTION:An adder 65 subtracts the TCI signal of a front frame stored in a frame memory 41 from the TCI signal from a terminal 61. A coefficient unit 66 sets a coefficient KY to express the improvement of an S/N which is a noise reducing quantity to the brightness signal Y of the TCI signal. A coefficient unit 67 sets a coefficient KC to express the improvement of the S/N to color difference signals PB and PR of the TCI signal. A change-over switch 68 distributes the output of the adder 65 to the coefficient unit 66 or the coefficient multiplier 67 based on a control signal to express the brightness signal period and the color difference signal period from a terminal 62. An adder 69 subtracts the output of the coefficient unit 66 or the coefficient unit 67 from the TCI signal from the terminal 61 and supplies the subtracted result to the frame memory 41.</p> |
