PURPOSE:To clearly display a virtual image even when the virtual image is projected in a real image. CONSTITUTION:An image output device 7 displays image data stored in a memory 10. An ocular-side half-mirror 4 puts the real image inputted through an image filter 8 and the virtual image displayed on the image output device T together and sends the composite image to an ocular side. The image filter 8 masks the real image at a part overlapping with the virtual image when forming the virtual image in the real image. |
