The method for producing human TNF-α protein consisting in obtaining the human TNF-α protein coding gene, which is transferred to the expressive vector, transforming bacterial host cell with the expressive vector including a synthetic human TNF-α protein gene, culturing transformed cells and separating human TNF-α protein, consisting in that the human TNF-α protein coding gene is constructed from chemically synthesized oligonucleotides capable of reconstructing the full gene sequence, and those oligonucleotides are leagued in vitro into double-stranded fragments limited by sequences recognized by restrictive enzymes, and then those fragments are coupled with each other by in vitro leaguing and cloning by groups in cloning vectors until the full X-Y gene is obtained, where X means the nucleotide sequence with formula 1a:5' <IMAGE> 3'3' <IMAGE> 5'or X means the nucleotide sequence with formula 1b:5' <IMAGE> 3'3' <IMAGE> 5'and Y means the nucleotide sequence:5' <IMAGE>3' <IMAGE>
