The method for manufacturing thermoplastic block elastomer, especially for conductor coatings made of block estroether copolymers synthesized by method of ester exchange and polycondensation of dimethyl terephthalates with 1,4-butanodiol and polyetherols in the presence of a catalyst and antioxidants, consisting in that oxyethylated polyoxyisopropylenodiol and polyoxyisopropylenotriol and/or polyoxyisopropelenotetriol with molecular mass from 300 to 12,000 in the quantity of 20 to 80 per cent by mass is added to the polymer in the presence of organometallic catalysts and the ester exchange reaction is conducted at temperature of 150 to 220 degrees C under normal pressure, and then polycondensation at temperature of 220 to 280 degrees C under lowered presser below 5 kPa and melted polymer obtained is mixed with butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber in the quantity from 1 to 12 per cent by mass in relation to melted polymer and derivatives of fatty acids with a formula MR, where R is the radical of stearic, palmitic or lauric acid, and M means Ca, Mg, Al, Zn, Cd, Na, K or glycerol radical in the quantity of 0.1 to 2 per cent by mass and possibly aromatic polycarbonate with molecular mass above 12000 in the quantity of 1 to 25 per cent by mass in relation to melted polymer and after homogenisation is extruded at temperature of 140 to 220 degrees C.
