<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the distance of a head movement at the time of switching an operation mode and to reduce the collision sound of members by providing an injection exclusive position and constituting the switching and moving position of the device between stopping and operation positions. CONSTITUTION:An operation is switched to eject, stop, fast forwarding/ rewinding, intermusic detection and play mode by a cam 21 having two switching and moving positions. The cam 21 is provided with a cam surface for moving a head moving mechanism to eject, stop, fast forwarding/rewinding, recording and reproducing positions. At each operation mode, a recording and reproducing head is moved between a stopping position slightly away from a magnetic tape and an operation position coming into contact with the magnetic tape. These mode switching actions are executed by a solenoid 22.</p> |
