Basic enamel for single firing of multi-layer coatings, characterised in that its total chemical composition includes glazes and corrective additives expressed in parts by weight is contained within following ranges: SiO2 from 35 to 65, B2O3 from 12 to 20; Al2O3 from 0.5 to 10; BaO from 3 to30; CaO from 1 to 7; Li2O + Na2O + K2O in total from 12 to 20; NiO + CoO +CuO in total from 2.5 to 5; F from 2 to 6; moreover it can contain ZrO2 from 0 to 25; TiO2 from 0 to 5; ZnO from 0 to 4; P2O5 from 0 to 4; Fe2O3 from 0 to 4; MnO2 from 0 to 5; MgO from 0 to 3; PbO from 0 to 20.
